Nandini is the last of three children…
Nandini
Nandini is the last of three children of a daily wage worker, with two older brothers. All three live at Rakshana Charitable Trust. Hailing from a very poor family with no mother and lacking basic facilities, the children were struggling for food. Education was not even an option for them. The father is a daily wage worker who chooses to work sporadically. On the days he doesn’t go to work, there is no food at home. His wife, the mother of the three children, abandoned the family, and her whereabouts are unknown. The father chose to remarry. He wanted to secure the children’s lives with a good education, so he approached the Trust seeking help. After due diligence, all three children were taken in. She came to Rakshana Charitable Trust in 2022 when she was ten years old. Her dream is to become a Doctor
